Sabina will guide us through an experience rooted in feminine wisdom, honoring the four elements (water, earth, fire, air), the cyclical nature of life, and reconnecting with the relationship between women, the moon, and the menstrual cycle. We will explore the archetypes of Greek goddesses and Tantric wisdom deities. Together, we’ll share movement and song to honor the goddess within us and create an altar.
